Your undercarriage is an expensive investment. It accounts for as much as 20 percent of the price of a new track-type machine. Undercarriage can represent as much as 50 percent of machine maintenance costs. Our goal is to help keep your undercarriage operating cost per hour or per mile/km as low as possible. That’s why we developed Custom Track Service (CTS).
Borusan Cat Kazakhstan performs the CTS inspection for free.
All you have to do is submit a request to your parts and service representative (PSSR) and leave your machine with us for 1 or 2 hours for the diagnostics to be made at a pre-scheduled time.

* CTS Inspection is an analysis of undercarriage wear for tracked Cat® machines. The inspection allows to assess the condition of a machine’s undercarriage, predict wear rates, advise on extending the wear life and plan the undercarriage change outs to maximize machine uptime, preorder parts and avoid unscheduled downtime.
