TESTING COMPONENTS

In the workshop there are specialized rooms for testing of the units after the repair. The rooms are equipped with equipment for testing of the engines, transmissions, radiators, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors and pumps.

Testing is a guarantee that the component is fully functional and ready for use.

ENGINE TESTING

"Dynotest" allows you to test engines with a capacity of up to 4500 kPa.

THE TEST ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A MONITORING SYSTEM THAT RECORDS ENGINE DATA, SUCH AS:

Pressure sensors
Temperature
Speed
Torque
Fuel consumption
Workloads, etc.

HYDRAULIC TEST BENCH

Designed for testing driva train, transmissions switched under load, pumps (gear plate piston).

PARAMETERS OBTAINED DURING TRANSMISSION TESTING:

Determination of pressure on couplings and lubrication lines during transmission working flows
Determination of oil flows in different lines
Detection of leaks through external seals
Visual detection of noise and vibrations.

PARAMETERS OBTAINED DURING TESTING OF TORQUE CONVERTERS:

Determination of internal volumetric leaks of the torque converter
Pressure and internal leaks on torque converter locking couplings
Detection of leaks through external seals
Visual detection of noise and vibrations.

PARAMETERS OBTAINED DURING PUMP TESTING:

Performance
Maximum operating pressure
Internal enclosure leaks
Detection of leaks through external seals
Correct operation of control valves for adjustable pumps.

PARAMETERS OBTAINED DURING TESTING IF HYDRAULIC MOTORS:

Output shaft rotation speed in operating flows
Detection of leaks through external seals
Detection of internal leaks.
